Orders

All orders registered at Herdade de Vale da Arca presuppose the acquisition of the products involved, however, this process may not be binding in the following specific cases:
- In the event that a product is out of stock and it is not possible to deliver it within the agreed time limit;
- In the event that one or more products in the order are no longer marketed;
- If the customer chooses to withdraw the order before making the payment.

Delivery times and availability

Product availability: the availability of our articles is duly marked through subtitled traffic lights:
Green "full availability" - item available in warehouse with delivery time of 2/3 days after Order Confirmation.
Yellow "reduced availability" - item with low availability with delivery time of 2/3 days after order confirmation, however there may be stock breakage at any time.
Red "available on order" - item without availability in warehouse, after Order Confirmation will be made the order the mark and so the delivery forecast is 10/12 days.
Blue "coming soon" - item already ordered on the brand and may be available at any time.
In cases of yellow, red and blue traffic lights the esteemed customer should consult Herdade de Vale da Arca for confirmation of the delivery times

Prices shown

All prices presented at Herdade de Vale da Arca are subject to periodic changes as a result of market developments and adjustments by suppliers. Herdade de Vale da Arca undertakes to apply all prices shown, unless there is a clear typographical error (lack of digits or value considerably different from the value of the product).

Returns

Acceptance of the return is subject to the following points:
Maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the purchased item, including weekends.
Returned product in its new condition, in original undamaged box, with all accessories included, manuals, respective serial number and Manufacturer seal.
Upon receipt of the item and once verified its compliance status, the customer will be refunded by bank transfer, or by the same payment method used when paying the order.
All return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Applicable legislation

All purchases made at Herdade de Vale da Arca are subject to Portuguese law.
